Happy New Year! I hope this message finds everyone rested and ready to tackle the second semester. We have a busy month ahead of us with Winter Growth and PALS assessments beginning this week. The schedule for this upcoming week is posted below. Please encourage a good night’s rest and a healthy breakfast on assessment days.
A reminder that family Life classes will begin for all students in January. All families are encouraged to review the VDOE Family Life standards linked below.

January 9th - 20th: Grades K-3 PALS Assessment
January 10th: Report Cards
January 10th: 3rd Grade Reading Winter Growth Assessment
January 11th: 5th Grade Reading Winter Growth Assessment
January 12th: 4th Grade Reading Winter Growth Assessment
January 12th: Mellow Mushroom Spirit Night (4-8 pm)
January 16th: Holiday (all schools are closed)
