Move over Smoothie King and Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Ms. Bank's Exploring Family and Consumer Sciences students know how to turn a chilly day into a fruity escapade! Students were blending different types of berries and ingredients to make tasty smoothies.

Ms. Rahn knows how to make learning fun! She turned the school's library into an "escape room" today so her 6th grade English students could practice text features as they begin their new unit on exploration. Her clever students broke out and escaped in less than 50 minutes!

Ms. Allen's science classes also visited the Richmond Metro Zoo today and had a crash course about the wild wonders of the world! The students had a fun time learning about many different animals and their natural habitats.

Walker-Grant Middle School's 8th grade students toured the Richmond Metro Zoo today and practiced their mapping skills while also learning more about the animals within different climate zones. Learning opportunities and geography is everywhere!
